I aim to finish the majority of the painting during the event, allowing your guests to enjoy the creative process. After the wedding, the final details are added in my studio. Due to the high-quality oil paints used, the artwork requires time to fully cure before it is ready for delivery. Once completed, the painting is varnished for protection and professionally packaged. The final delivery typically takes 4 to 8 weeks*, depending on my schedule.

It’s best to book as soon as possible, as dates fill up quickly. For popular wedding seasons, I recommend reserving your date 6-12 months in advance. Click here to secure your date!

A non-refundable retainer of 25% + a signed contract is required to secure your date. This amount will be applied toward the total cost which is due two weeks before the wedding date.

Yes! I’m based in Calgary, Alberta, but I’m happy to travel to your wedding. Travel fees & accommodations may apply depending on the location.

I adapt to the unique needs of your event. For multi-location weddings or outdoor ceremonies with uncertain weather, I’ll work with you in advance to create a plan that ensures the painting process runs smoothly. If rain or high winds pose safety concerns, I may relocate the painting setup indoors or to a safer location to continue creating your artwork without disruption.

Absolutely! If you’d like specific guests, pets, décor elements, or sentimental details included in the painting, just let me know. Detailed portraits of family members and guests may incur an additional cost, but including pets is always free!
