25% retainer and signed contract required.

After the retainer payment is made and the contract is signed, the Client's booking is secured on the Artist’s calendar.

BEFORE YOUR DAY

Meeting: One month before to discuss the scene to be painted and event details.

The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

ON YOUR DAY

Artist arrives 2 hours before the event to set up.

Reference photos/videos of the chosen moment will be taken.

The live painting session will span 6-8 hours, transforming throughout the event and offering engaging entertainment for the guests as they witness it come to life.

The painting is unveiled by the end of the evening.

AFTER YOUR DAY

The painting will remain wet to the touch due to the use of high-quality oil paints. The artist will take the painting back to the studio to refine the details and apply final touch-ups.

A protective varnish will be added to preserve the artwork, and it will be prepared for hanging. The estimated completion time is 4-8 weeks, depending on the artist's schedule.

Free delivery is offered for local clients, while shipping costs will apply for non-local deliveries.

  • Live wedding painting is the process of creating a unique, hand-painted artwork during your wedding.   • Prices vary depending on the Artist’s experience, painting size, location, and any customizations. Contact me for a personalized quote. My package price starts at $1800, Click here for more information on what’s included in the package.

  • I aim to finish the majority of the painting during the event, allowing your guests to enjoy the creative process. After the wedding, the final details are added in my studio. Due to the high-quality oil paints used, the artwork requires time to fully cure before it is ready for delivery. Once completed, the painting is varnished for protection and professionally packaged. The final delivery typically takes 4 to 8 weeks*, depending on my schedule.

  • It’s best to book as soon as possible, as dates fill up quickly. For popular wedding seasons, I recommend reserving your date 6-12 months in advance. Click here to secure your date!

  • A non-refundable retainer of 25% + a signed contract is required to secure your date. This amount will be applied toward the total cost which is due two weeks before the wedding date.

  • Yes! I’m based in Calgary, Alberta, but I’m happy to travel to your wedding. Travel fees & accommodations may apply depending on the location.

  • I adapt to the unique needs of your event. For multi-location weddings or outdoor ceremonies with uncertain weather, I’ll work with you in advance to create a plan that ensures the painting process runs smoothly. If rain or high winds pose safety concerns, I may relocate the painting setup indoors or to a safer location to continue creating your artwork without disruption.

  • Absolutely! If you’d like specific guests, pets, décor elements, or sentimental details included in the painting, just let me know. Detailed portraits of family members and guests may incur an additional cost, but including pets is always free!

  • I accept e-transfers and PayPal. Let me know if you need assistance with any payment option!

  • I can create your painting using high-quality photos provided after the event. While the experience of live painting adds a unique touch, I’ll ensure the artwork beautifully captures the essence of your special moment.
